Whenever, i m upset, or come back home with a violent mood...
My Amma, always asks me this question, "Edachum saptiya" in tamil
Which means," Have you eaten something"???
Most of the time, during my college days,...i don't answer that question....
I used to keep my face like monkey and walk past her......
Poor mother of mine, understands, i did not eat anything outside...hence, its her job to feed me fast....
So,i will keep quiet....otherwise there will be earthquake, tsunami , katrina all kind of natural disasters are possible at our home....:)
She runs inside the kitchen to prepare me a meal, according to the time....
Trust me, this magic works....
As soon as ,i eat my food,i will become the world's best daughter ever!!!!!!!!!
Even, sometimes my mum herself cant fathom the transition in me.......
So, if you have temper problem....
I am no expert....But as per my personal observation, these tips works like no psychologist....
Try it.....
- Sleep well
- Eat on time
- Sleep well again
- Speak with people your age, who understands you and nod their head at least for sometime...
- Go out and play with people..then the most common suggestion....
- Meditate and exercise...(for me , its the best stress release mantra
