How to jog?


Exercises are helpful, but it takes a long time for us to shed our weight!  Most of us will not have the patience to do the exercises every day!

And in the fast pace world we shan't completely blame the fasto's! Time management is a very tough job, getting time to yourself is another big tough job!

But if you would like to lose weight considerably and also considering your  health * benefits, jogging is just an excellent solution.

Few important factors you must consider or firmly think before you start up jogging/Running!

  1. Consult a doctor, a physio therapist - to check your stamina to run/jog, just to check your blood pressure (because report says, it is a must to check your physical ability before you run)
  2. Buy a best pair of shoes, try it on when you buy it, the comfort level you maintain with your shoes will make you feel less of your leg pain.
  3. Do not run, jog- I have seen the starters getting over excited about doing a physical activity, they just run as if they are gonna run the country.
  4. Take things easily, especially in the initial stage, just start with 200 meters at the most, for at least 3 days, before increasing  your pace to 250
  5. Slow and steady wins the process, it applies to jog as well, just raise your foot little high,just  jog/walk like goose ducks.
  6. Do not get over exited, if possible get an expert's advice on jogging, before you start up
  7. Determination is very important- After 2 days of running, do not give yourself an off, make sure to continue the activity
  8. Following a routine is must when you do any kind of physical activity, so please do your actions on a particular time.
  9. Little bit of food maintenance helps a lot, depends on the country you live in, eat healthy food.
  10. Junk food must be deleted from your agenda
  11. Try to do an exhale/inhale process while you run, it helps you to focus, concentrate.
  12. Please hydrate your body, drink water if you are thirsty while running! 
  13. Have patience - though jogging is a fast process compare to exercises , still over doing it can cause serious troubles, hence have patience with yourself and the process.
