Back biters are dust bins! Ignore 91/92

In a day, we come across thousands of people with different nature, attitude, color, race , language, culture, religion.

We do not see people with similarties.

In fact, hardly we find someone who is similar to our nature!

What to do? how to get along? how to live the life with strangers with difficult and different qualites?

How to stop the back biters?

We can't stop them! We can't do anything! But, what to do????

Nothing, except

Walk with our head held high! Simple!

There will be always someone will object your nature, they way you live, they way you conduct your life.

Always!

Criticism is always an important quality! But there is a positive criticism and there is a negative criticism!

1. Positive criticism is from people whom we love and trust- Parents, well wishers, best friends
2. Negative criticism is from people whom we mingle every day, but don't know much about- Like colleagues, managers, just friends etc

We should be brilliant enough to identify these people in our life and discard them completely.
Discarding is not avoiding, discarding is ignoring the comments and nasty nature that spoils your mood ! Surround yourself with people who is positive and admire your nature , a someone who just loves to be with you and nothing more or less!

Back biters are in a way boosters, but if we keep giving importance to them, our life will be in turmoil!As the word itself says, the place for back biters are in the back seat! They dont deserve a front seat in your life and make sure they dont even exist apart from the moment you really have to mingle with them

Who said life is easy? Life is damn hard! But if we swim faster and harder with boldness and confidence , sheer perseverance....we can overcome these small cluttering difficulties.
