Exercise!
If some of us listen to this word,we will think of only one factor.
Pain!
Yes, exercise makes us sweat, we become dull with pain, it pulls lots of our energy and by the end of 1 or 2 hr of exercise....
We are totally worn out!
Is it true??
No, that's not what it is and that's not what we should think that it is?!!
Exercise is beautiful, it brings the spark in your body back
It wakes up all the sleeping organs in your body, hence your entire metabolism works beautifully with a rhythm
Blood circulation will be more
Very less chance of heart disease
We will be brisk the entire day
And most importantly
We feel, we have done something beautiful with life, we are not wasting the moment, not even a second dwelling on unimportant matters of life!!!
We are living a positive life...
We are living our life...
Believe me, exercise gives you all that....
It probably be yoga, power yoga, running, walking, home based exercises, gym...etc etc...
Anything....
Your confidence level will be more...
And you will live long enough to enjoy this spectacular life....
