Ups and downs DXay 45/46 Target 365


Life is all about ups and downs!!!

Sometimes you will feel so up, life looks like floating in a bubble

Exhilarating…

The next minute…

Something will happen, not our tastes!!! Life feels like being constipated!!

Really!

It’s up to us, to take over the positive attitude and leave the negative ones away and alone

But always saying is easier than practically implementing!!!

Here are few ways….

We could feel the best out of worst situation

  1. Be grateful for the things you already have
  2. Giving importance to small details
  3. Trying meditation every morning
  4. Doing exercises
  5. Calling some one we love, and speaking to them for at least 15 minutes a day
  6. Food habits….Make sure to eat the healthy one
  7. Spend time with the family
  8. Rather than working for others attention, work for your own satisfaction.

These are few that could work

Again, life always provides us, two options…

  1. Positive one
  2. Negative one

It’s totally our own attitude, how we look into it!!!

Our attitude determines out altitude
