I think we under estimate the power of movement of our body.
Most of us, at the very young age, have a big belly popping out of our pants, which is deadly uncomfortable.
How to come out of this torture????
What should we do???
Rule 1
Game yourself:-
Participate in any game, which makes you, move your body.
Badminton , tennis, even cricket to some extent helps a lot...
Participation in outdoor games help a lot in reducing the extra fat we consumed.
Rule 2
Jogging or Running :-
Do it your own way, either running or jogging...what ever you want to call it...
Jogging is best done in the morning, when we run, we tend to inhale the fresh air of morning, which gives us
extra strength and peace of mind for the entire day.
Hence, its not only physical.
Rule 3
Exercise @ home :-
Dont start over 45 minutes regime and stop doing totally in a week.
Any new activity takes a lot of time and energy and of course the big thing " PRACTICE"
Hence start with 5 minutes of exercise and increase minute by minute....
Rule 4
Walking...
A relaxed yet a very nice way to reduce the fat in our body, with a peace of mind as added advantage.
Walking half an hour day helps for thighs, legs, waist and belly fat...
The most important part of all, if we struggle to do the few important physical movements, it helps us lead a very happy and long life.
Hence, Enjoy the power of exercise...
