Being Confident !! Target 365 - Day 15

Sometimes, building confidence is the most difficult thing to do…..

For ex: Priya is not feeling very confident today.  Reason being, her superior officer,

Who happens to over ride her most of the time and make priya feel small.

At a situation like this, we feel lonely and less important.

Only one solution possible,,,

Subject knowledge

There is no other way, we could beat our enemies.

Ya, someone might have a excellent relation to your boss, hence he is the first choice for promotion.

We knew he is……

But, whatever buttering up is done…..Almost all the time, hard work works excellently.

I worked in Deutsche bank for 3 years,  have never got appreciated, not even once, though I was the most dedicated and hard working employee ….

What went wrong……

Yes, it’s the lack of subject knowledge and lack of demanding quality in me

At office, make sure, you are demanding every thing….i am making sure to demand things at my office.

Even, this is new for me….. the demands I am making…

Right from, Hike, promotion, trip, respect, relation…. Everything

Everything….. We should demand. We should fight.

As Jesus Christ, said in bible, “Ask, I will give, knock, the door will open”

Our real nature is not to be shown public, , so its not necessary to get violent, when someone's disagrees with you.

because each human being have their own set of problems and perceptions.

Hardly, they give importance to others, it is us or we who think, how the world thinks.

After 5 fingers in our hand is not the same size right???

Ignore everyone. Think about your own improvement and learning

Always think, if we find ourselves great…everyone will do so…..

Hence,

Rule 1

Subject knowledge :- Learn everything you could possible and always keep yourself in a position, where we should be knowing what we are doing.

Rule 2

Demand more and more and more. Always, right from , promotion, onsite, change of team, transfer…ask everything, whether they say yes or not...that comes secondary

Rule 3

If we don’t respect ourselves, no one else will do it. If you don’t feel confident, act confident, eventually, we will really become confident

Rule 4

Make sure, relationship at office is excellent, right from , team mates, to the AVP , VP level, maintain a cordial relationship. This works like anything and more over, networking is as important as hard work.

Rule are easy to make , but difficult to follow, yet, follow slowly and carefully.
